The carpeted living room is furnished with a sofa, arm chair, coffee table, end table, and a dining table and chairs. There is also a 50" mounted flat screen TV for tenants' enjoyment. Each bedroom is fully furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, bookcase, desk, and chair. High ceilings create a spacious feel, and rear fire escapes offer a great view west toward downtown Ithaca.
