Extended Stay Room - This unit is a single room with a private bathroom and mini fridge available on a month to month basis located outside of Loving. The occupant(s) is the only person with the Keycode to their door. Basic cable, water and electric is provided. There is a common area with a shared kitchen, washer and dryer. There is not a deposit charged put the tenant does pay a $100.00 non refundable cleaning charge up front to cover the reset of the room.
