Open room in our rooming house - Clean, safe, pest free, and drama free rooming house with multiple rooms available! Per our license with the city we can only accept single occupants. A lot of our tenants commute into Boston for work and enjoy the location as we are close to major bus routes, market basket, and the beach.
We require first month, last month, and security to move in. The rent includes all utilities, but you are responsible for your own cable and internet package.
