Allegro Student Apartments offers modern, apartment-style housing designed specifically for college students. Each resident enjoys a large private bedroom and shares a brand-new kitchen and bathroom with three suitemates.
The property features a vibrant student community with 140 bedrooms, all occupied by college students, and includes a variety of amenities to support both academic and social lifestyles.

- On-site gym
- Recreation room with pool tables and games
- Dedicated study and movie rooms
- Outdoor volleyball court
- BBQ and picnic area
Our friendly on-site staff is available to support residents with:
- Package handling
- Maintenance and repairs
- General assistance and resident needs
For added convenience, we also offer storage options for returning students who are not staying over the summer (available for a small additional fee).
Allegro is proud to offer a community tailored specifically to students, including organized events and activities throughout the year.
Lease Options & Pricing
We offer flexible lease terms to match the academic year:
- 12-Month Lease: $925/month
- 10-Month Lease: $1,000/month
Utilities: A flat fee of $70/month covers all utilities, including internet.
Additional Information
- No need to pay rent during summer months with shorter lease options
- All units are designed for student living
- We no longer accept pets
