The home is a newly built property located in a quiet neighborhood less than one mile from Sonoma State University. A swimming pool is currently being installed and will be available as an added amenity once completed.
The available bedroom is spacious and has access to a shared bathroom. The rental is for one occupant only. Because of the room size and shared living arrangement, the space is not available for couples.
I live in the home and work full-time as a police officer. Another housemate works as a paramedic. We maintain a clean, quiet, and respectful household, and we're looking for someone who values the same type of living environment.
A few additional details:
- Month-to-month rental agreement (with the intention that this be a long term arrangement)
- First and last month's rent due at move-in ($2,600 total)
- No smoking or vaping inside the home
- No 420 use
- No additional pets, as two friendly resident dogs already live here
