At that time a code will be sent to you for the lockbox on the door. If you do not respond within 2 business days to schedule a viewing your application will become non-refundable.
Step 3: After you view the property, please call the office to confirm that you wish to move your application forward. Once you confirm that you would like to proceed with the application process, your application fee ($40) becomes non-refundable. If you do not contact us or respond within 2 business days after viewing the property, your application will become non-refundable.
Step 4: Applications will usually be processed within 2-3 business days but could take up to a week.
We do not accept applications based upon first come, first serve. Applications will be approved by most qualified.
